When one mentions pancakes, I see stacks of fluffy white, round, deliciousness with fresh fruit on top and a scoop of ice cream on the side on a plate.
But there is so much more to discover; Peking duck pancakes. First time for everything, so with a little help from Google the best place for this dish in Bangkok popped up.
It wasn’t the sensation I hoped for and it will not be the first dish that comes to mind when you would ask me for my favorites. The skin is rolled up in a thin; spring roll kind of dough, crispy definitely but it just wasn’t that tasty. I liked the grilled duck with garlic way better. Do you like duck pancakes?
