Thai kitchen is one of the most various ones that I know and the people take great pride in preparing their food. One of the best tips if you’re planning a trip to Thailand, is to go crazy with all the street food.
The Celadon restaurant succeeded in creating wildly popular traditional dishes with the good flavors from the street and a little modern twist from the chef.
Who knew that river prawns could be prepared in so many ways and all taste good; smoked, grilled, baked, fried and every time a bite will surprise you. I love how the pomelo salad with grilled chicken and prawns is decorated; the pink flowers make this dish a feast to the eye and it will definitely pleasure the taste buds as well.
The different tastes, presentation of the food and the carefulness of the staff make this place a food heaven. Fine dining Thai style at the Celadon restaurant is something I can recommend to everyone. The pictures of the Phat Thai make me want to go back and do this all over again, would you try it?
