Entering the ‘gate’ of La Finca, is like stepping in to an enchanted world; a peaceful and lighted garden is the right scenery to enjoy a Mediterranean influenced meal. Family recipes are the base, for the food that is served in this restaurant and with some new influences, lovely dishes are created. Take for example the squid rings with squid ink infused Aioli; finger licking good!
If you’re in the mood to share your bite, try the Carne Waggu a la Piedra especial. An Australian Waggu Rib eye that you can grill yourself on a hot lava stone, combine this with a Mango- Lemongrass Margarita or a Sangria and the flavors will complement each other.
Don’t be shy and definitely ask one of the staff members what drinks go best with the food you ordered. The kitchen only works with fresh ingredients and everything is created form scratch. This is definitely noticeable in the flavor palate. It’s difficult to find a place in Bali where you can taste authentic Spanish food, but at La Finca they make it work.
